By accessing and using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, together with the applicable laws of Romania. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.

The materials published on the website (texts, graphics, visual identity elements, code) are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3. Our services

KRIOFT provides digital services for businesses: branding and visual identity, graphic and print design, web design, development of websites, online shops and web applications, web hosting, maintenance and online advertising.

The information published on the website (including indicative prices and package contents) is provided for presentation purposes and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The specific conditions of an engagement are established through a personalised offer and, subsequently, through the contract concluded between the parties.

4. Use of content

  1. We grant you permission to temporarily view and download the materials on the website solely for personal, non-commercial, informative use. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
    5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

Submitting an offer request through the website form does not create contractual obligations for either party. The request is an inquiry, based on which we will send you a personalised proposal.

Services are provided exclusively on the basis of a contract or an order accepted in writing, detailing the scope, deadlines, price and payment conditions. Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

  1. The materials on the website are provided on an “as is” basis. KRIOFT TEAM HUB SRL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the informative content of the website, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. KRIOFT TEAM HUB SRL shall not be liable for indirect damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials published on the website, to the extent permitted by Romanian law. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute related to the use of the website shall first be settled amicably, and failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
